We are attorneys who practiced law in Washington, D.C. at the highest national levels in regulatory and government agencies. We left public service in 1992, and moved to Southern California to establish a distinctive brand of law practice that would exclusively serve the needs and goals of nonprofit and political clients. After establishing Lacy & Lacy in 1992, and after years of professional collaboration with nonprofit expert William Wewer, we teamed up to establish Wewer & Lacy LLP in 1999.
